For participants who have missed their collection slots and have received an SMS reminder to collect, please proceed to Health Promotion Board Level 1 Lobby, Mon – Fri, 12pm-8pm to collect it. Do so by 11 March 2016, as thereafter no more trackers will be available for collection.
